Cancellation Policy
General Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment. Your downpayment or full payment can be credited toward your next appointment.

Package Holders
Cancellations should also be made at least 12 hours in advance for rescheduling.

No-Show Policy General Appointments
No-shows will result in forfeiture of the 15% downpayment or full payment.

Package Holders
 Failure to attend a booked session will lead to the automatic deduction of one session from the package.

Medical Concerns
If an urgent medical situation requires a cancellation, we request that clients provide a valid medical certificate.

    To get started, visit our booking page here or download the Pink Parlour App. If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to create one.

  • Make a Booking

    Next, make a booking by selecting the service you'd like, then proceed with the booking process. When asked, enter your gift card number and the amount you'd like to use, then click "Apply" to use your gift card towards the booking.

  • For Phone Bookings

    For bookings made over the phone, simply present your gift card when you visit us, and it will be applied to your invoice in-store.

Gift Card Policy

  • Validity Period

    The gift card is valid for one year from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

  • Outlet Usage

    The gift card can be used at any Pink Parlour outlet in Singapore, unless stated otherwise.

  • Unused Balance

    Any remaining balance on the card will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
