Cancellation Policy
General Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment. Your downpayment or full payment can be credited toward your next appointment.

Package Holders
Cancellations should also be made at least 12 hours in advance for rescheduling.

No-Show Policy General Appointments
No-shows will result in forfeiture of the 15% downpayment or full payment.

Package Holders
Failure to attend a booked session will lead to the automatic deduction of one session from the package.

Medical Concerns
If an urgent medical situation requires a cancellation, we request that clients provide a valid medical certificate.
