Products Refund Terms & Conditions

Boudoir Smooth Bump Freedom Lotion: We offer a 30-day warranty return policy if you do not experience slower and finer hair growth within the period. The product must be returned as a full bottle within 30 days.

Merchandise Products: We offer a 30-day return policy for a change of mind. Items must be intact and undamaged. Our product refund policy does not cover damages caused by mishandling or abuse.

Terms & Conditions: Products purchased at Pink Parlour can be refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are not available for damaged products caused by mishandling. To initiate the refund process, please send us a formal email at [insert email link]. You will receive a response within 3 working days.

Refunds will be processed within 45-60 days via Internet banking, with a 10% administrative charge deducted from the refund amount.

Package Terms & Conditions

Packages purchased at Pink Parlour are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

• Refund Process: Customers must email a refund request to [insert email link]. Pink Parlour will review the request and send a refund approval within 3 working days. Refunds are processed within 45-60 days via internet banking, with a deduction of a $50 administrative fee or 10% of the package price, whichever is higher.
• Ala Carte Price Deduction: Refunds will be based on the original ala carte price since all packages are discounted from 30%-50% off.

Refund Exceptions: Refunds are not available if:

• The outlet closes.
• There is a change of therapist.

Note: Refund policy changes effective July 1, 2020. Previous purchases follow the earlier policy.

Conversion Policy

Prepaid packages can be converted into Mix and Match credits, with a 10% administrative charge deducted.

• Usage of Credits: Credits can be used for other treatments at the ala carte price but not for retail products. Credits are calculated based on the amount paid, excluding GST, and the price of any used services.

For conversions, email [insert email link] with a scanned copy of your ID or passport. We will respond within 3 working days.

Package Sharing & Extension

Packages:

• Pink Parlour packages are valid for 2 years from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
• Packages can be shared with one other person, except for Nails & Alpha Light packages.
• A P300 pesos flat fee is required if packages are to be used at outlets other than the original purchase location.

Package Extension:

• Package extensions are available at P500 for 3 months or P1,000 for 6 months.

Exchange, Transfer, or Conversion:

• Only exchange, transfer, or conversion to other services is allowed after the 30-day refund period.
• Exchange amounts are calculated based on the amount paid for the package, excluding taxes, and minus the original published price of any used treatments.
