Pink Parlour Philippines Inc. provides the content and services available on this Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site, and continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Refund and Return Policy

• For merchandise, a 30-day return policy applies for change of mind, provided items are intact and undamaged.
• Boudoir Smooth Bump Freedom Lotion can be returned within 30 days if you do not see slower and finer hair growth, with the product returned as a full bottle.
• Refunds are based on the ala carte price of services and include a ₱2500 administrative fee. Refunds are processed within 45-60 days from approval.

14. Package Policies

• Packages are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
• Packages may be shared with one other person, except for Nails & Alpha Light packages.
• Packages purchased for a specific outlet must be used there. Transfers require a ₱300 flat fee.
• Extensions: ₱500 for 3 months, ₱1,000 for 6 months.

15. No Show and Cancellation Policies

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to avoid fees. Same-day cancellations may result in the forfeiture of one session.
• No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours will result in one session deduction from the package.

16. Conversion Policy

• Prepaid packages can be converted to Mix and Match credits minus a 10% administrative charge. Credits are usable for other services but not for retail products.

17. Data Privacy and Protection

We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and will keep all personal data confidential. You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting us at wecare.pinkparlourph@gmail.com. A fee may apply for processing data access requests.
