Parlour Group Pte. Ltd. provides the content and services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy, and are applicable to users in Indonesia.

Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs your visit to the Site and details our data collection and usage practices, applicable to users in Indonesia under Indonesian data protection laws.


2. Purchase-Related Policies

The products and services available on the Site, and any prizes we may provide, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any products, services, or prizes you receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders we believe may result in a violation of our Terms and Conditions, in compliance with Indonesian consumer protection laws.

However, if we find errors in pricing or product descriptions, we reserve the right to cancel orders or correct information without prior notice. You may not resell any of the products or services you receive from us. This clause is in accordance with relevant Indonesian commercial regulations.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site, and continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.


13. Refund Policy

Please review our Refund Policy, which governs your purchases and outlines our practices for handling refunds, applicable to consumers in Indonesia in line with local laws.


Additional Sections for Store Policies


Cancellation Policy

  • Please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. Same-day cancellations will result in a forfeiture of one session, in accordance with applicable Indonesian regulations.

No Show Policy

  • Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours prior will result in No Show charges. One session from your package will be deducted for No Shows.

Extension Requests

  • Requests for package extensions due to pregnancy or medical reasons require supporting documentation. Our team will review and approve the extension based on valid proof, in line with Indonesian laws where applicable.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are based on the ala carte price of services. Refunds will be processed within 45-60 days, subject to financial institution policies in Indonesia. Administrative charges will be applied based on IDR 150,000 or 10% of the package price, whichever is higher.
