30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Unused Services: Full refund available if no services are used within 30 days.
  • Unlimited Services: No refund if any unlimited services have been used.
  • Ala Carte Services: Refundable if unused within 30 days.
  • Package Services (6 & 12-Month Packages): Refundable if any sessions in the package remain unused, with the ala carte price of used sessions deducted from the refund.

6-Month Package Limitation:

  • Only redeemable at the location where it was purchased.
  • Non-shareable and non-transferable.

Refund Process: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. Provide your purchase details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 45-60 days, with deductions for an administrative charge ($50) or 10% of the package price, whichever is higher.

Refunds for packages purchased at Pink Parlour may be issued within 30 days from the date of purchase under certain conditions.

  • Refund Calculation: Based on the ala carte price of the services used.
  • Admin Charges: A $50 administrative charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.
  • Refund Timeframe: Once approved, refunds are processed within 45-60 days. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.

Conversion Policy

Prepaid packages purchased at Pink Parlour can be converted into credits (Mix and Match), with a $50 administrative fee or 10% of the package price (whichever is higher).

  • Usage of Credits: These credits can be used for other services from the treatment menu at the ala carte price but not for retail products.
  • Credit Calculation: The conversion credits will be calculated based on the amount paid for the package, excluding GST, minus the original price of any used treatments.

Special Circumstances

Closure of Location: In case of a temporary or permanent store closure, alternative locations will be made available for service utilization. Refunds are not provided in this case.

Therapist Relocation: If your therapist relocates, we will make every effort to assign a qualified replacement. However, refunds will not be issued as long as an alternative therapist is available.

Therapist Departure or Resignation: If your assigned therapist resigns, we will promptly arrange a replacement to minimize service disruptions. Refunds are not offered in this case if a suitable replacement is provided.


Products Refund Terms & Conditions

  • Boudoir Smooth Bump Freedom Lotion: 30-day return policy if you don’t see slower, finer hair growth within the specified period. The product must be returned as a full bottle within 30 days.
  • Merchandise Products: 30-day return policy for a change of mind. Products must be intact and undamaged. No refunds for products damaged through misuse or mishandling.
